Orders for in-stock items will typically be processed and shipped within one to two business days. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Shipping to APO/AP military addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska
If you are interested in having your order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/AP military address, please use the Contact Us form to send us the list of items and your address. We will calculate the shipping weight and send you a quote for the shipping charge to your location.
Shipping to Canada
During checkout, select 'Ground Shipping to Canada" to see the cost of shipping your order to Canada.
Shipping to International addresses
If you are interested in having your order shipped to a country other than the USA or Canada, please use the Contact Us form to send us the list of items and your address. We will calculate the shipping weight and send you a quote for the shipping charge to your country.
Payment Methods
WarToyZ.com accepts valid Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards for payment.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.00% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
Billing Questions
Upon placing your order on WarToyZ.com, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping/handling fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. WarToyZ.com will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
The WarToyZ charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: WarToyZ.com

Checking your Order Status
Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will typically be processed and shipped out to you within one to two business days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you including your WarToyZ.com order number and any other relevant information pertaining to your order. Should you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please use the Contact Us form. Please note that inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
You can check your order status at WarToyz.com by clicking on the Order Status menu at the top of the screen.
Canceling & Modifying Your Order
Please use the Contact Us form concerning order cancellations and modifications. Please be advised that although we will do our best to make the appropiate changes, we cannot do anything to the existing transaction once the order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from WarToyZ.com, you may return the product to WarToyZ.com for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unopened and complete, and in "collector condition". You must contact our customer service via the Contact Us form to request an Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items received without an Return Authorization will either be refused and returned to sender or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Any packages that are refused by a customer at delivery will be subject to a $25 return shipping fee plus a 30% restocking fee.
