	The workhorse of the US Naval Carrier Air Battle Group, the F-14 has awesome firepower, speed and maneuverability. The Tomcat is equipped with the AWG-9 weapons control system that enables the fighter to track and lock up 24 separate targets up to 103 miles away. The AWG-9 control system, along with the Phoenix, Sidewinder and Sparrow missile systems make the F-14 Tomcat the superior air-to-air combat platform. The swept wing design enables the Tomcat to jump from close-in aerial combat to supersonic speed in a matter of seconds. This 1:72 scale version of the F-14A Tomcat Abrams depicts the aircraft with the Black Knight paint scheme. This U.S. F-14A Tomcat is part of Forces Of Valor's Enthusiast Edition series, which is the extremely detailed version of this aircraft. The 1:72 scale die cast metal aircaft is approximately 12 inches long and has wings that sweep back for supersonic flight or extend for close-in aerial combat. It comes complete with external fuel storage tanks and a variety of missles that can be re-arranged to fit mission requirements!
