U.S. M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage (Winter Camo) In review of the highly effective German Luftwaffe campaigns of Western Europe, the US Army recognized the need for a highly mobile vehicle that could adequately defend itself against aircraft fire. In order to produce significant quantities quickly, the Army decided to modify existing half-track vehicles by adding four .50 caliber machine guns and improve armor protection and gun turrets. The half-track proved big, stable and reliable as an effective anti-air defensive vehicle. What could be better than a “Ma Deuce”? Four of them mounted on a half-track!

This 1:32 scale version of the M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage depicts the vehicle with a Winter Camouflage scheme as it was seen during World War II.

This detailed U.S. M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage is part of Forces Of Valor's Action Series. The vehicle is approximately eight inches long and features tracks that roll and doors that open and close. .
