Known as Konigstiger, the German King Tiger was the most powerful battle tank in the German arsenal. The definitive roar of the engines, the awesome 88MM cannon, and the simple battle fact that it took five Sherman tanks to successfully defeat one King Tiger, gave it the most feared battle tank reputation.
This highly detailed 1:24 scale radio controlled version of the King Tiger is part of Forces of Valor's 1:24 scale Battle Beam series of radio controlled tanks. These tanks can 'fire' upon other tanks in the series via an infrared beam of light. The tanks feature realistic sounds and lights, and 'recoil' when they shoot, and tanks can take 'damage' and vibrate when hit by another tank, and can be 'stopped in their tracks' after enough hits are received. Each tank comes with a Battle Beam Target, which an be used to practice marksmanship (or as the target if you only have one tank).
This German King Tiger tank features digital proportional speed and control, with independent tank track movement and rotating turret and elevating main gun. It also features realistic tracks and independent wheel suspension. The tank is approximately 17 inches long.
The controller requires a 9v battery, the tank requires 6 AA alkaline batteries, and the target uses 2 AAA batteries. Note that batteries are not included with the tank.
